Meet Our Faculty
John J. Campbell, CELA, MSCC is the founder and principal attorney of the Law Offices of John J. Campbell, P.C. , in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Campbell has practiced law since 1986; and has practiced in the areas of Elder Law and Medicare Set-Asides (MSAs) since 1996. Mr. Campbell is licensed to practice law in Colorado and is also licensed and on inactive status in Missouri. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association (Elder Law Section and Trust & Estates Section), the Arapahoe County Bar Association, the Missouri Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Academy of Special Needs Planners and the National Alliance of Medicare Set-Aside Professionals. Mr. Campbell is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (national certification through the National Elder Law Foundation); and is a Medicare Set-Aside Consultant Certified (national certification through the International Commission on Health Care Certification).
Mr. Campbell has written and published numerous articles nationally on MSAs and related issues. He has presented seminars across the country on MSAs; and is a former MSA course instructor for Medipro, Inc., NAMSAP and the University of Florida. He is widely recognized as an authority on the preservation of public benefits for seriously and catastrophically disabled plaintiffs and claimants in third party liability and worker’s compensation settlements.
Mr. Campbell is also the founder, editor and principal writer for The Medicare Set-Aside Bulletin, and is the author of The Complete Medicare Set-Aside Training Course Book.
Ro Baltayan, M.Ed., CRC, CCM, CVE, MSCC is co-founder and developer of Medicare Allocations Inc. and is its principal MSA allocator. She has practiced as a rehabilitation professional and life care planner for the last 27 years. Ms. Baltayan continues to practice as an expert witness and life care planner for Sharon Griffin and Associates, Inc. She is experienced in the provision of Medicare Set-Asides in the areas of Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury.
Ms. Baltayan is widely recognized and accepted as an expert witness as a life care planner for seriously disabled and catastrophically injured individuals. She has also successfully presented seminars regarding Medicare Set-Asides to individuals seeking certification.
Ms. Baltayan brings multiple years of practical experience to the course. With her outstanding ability to demonstrate the nuts and bolts of MSA preparation, she is an invaluable member of the faculty.
